What costs tokens

Candy AI’s internal currency is tokens. You’ll use tokens to generate images, listen to voice messages, start voice calls, and create short AI videos with your companions. A premium plan includes a token allowance, but you can buy more if you run out.

Tokens only count toward media features. Regular text chat is unlimited for premium members.

Price overview

Candy AI’s subscription plans offer monthly, quarterly, or yearly options. These unlock most features and include tokens each month. All prices below are shown in EUR for EU visitors, but actual prices can differ by region and are subject to change.

These are recurring plans—subscription renews automatically at the rate active when you sign up.

Premium features

A paid plan gives you access to:
- Create your own AI companions
- Unlimited text messaging
- Image generation
- AI-generated video clips
- Monthly 100-token allowance
- Access across desktop and mobile browsers

Any media (images, voice, video) will use your token balance. Once you use up your monthly tokens, you’ll need to purchase extras if you want more media.

Renewal and cancellation

Candy AI subscriptions auto-renew by default, so you’re billed each period unless you cancel. To avoid an unwanted charge, cancel in your account settings before the next renewal date—your access stays active until the end of the current cycle. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as 'EverAI' and always under a neutral merchant name. If you decide you no longer want premium, remember to cancel in settings so you’re not billed again.

Is Candy AI worth the money?

If you’re after more than just simple chatbot conversation, Candy AI’s premium features—creating custom companions and generating images or videos—may be worth it. The included monthly tokens help, but frequent media use can increase your costs. More token allowance with premium, or reduced token prices, would boost value. It’s best for users who’ll use the creation and media tools regularly.
